Renovating a Century Old Famrhouse | Culleoka, TN | Global Home Investing LLC

Global Home Investing, LLC is currently renovating a beautiful old farmhouse in Culleoka, Tennessee.

The house, originally built in 1910 was owned by Erastus J. Park, who owned Culleoka Produce Company with his brother Hardy. They made a great profit off the sale of cantaloupes, particularly the Culleoka Queen Cantaloupe.

Unfortunately the house has become rundown since the Park Brothers days, but we are so excited to restore this period house with modern updates while keeping all the original charm. Check out these before pictures below and stay tuned for renovation updates. You can also find updates posted periodically on our Instagram.

Check out some of these really cool original features!

Project Update November/December 2018: Renovation fully underway!

Our crew has been hard at work stripping down the old farmhouse down to its bones. There are so many great things about this house, but unfortunately when you are working with a house as old as this, there are just a lot of updates to be made. Our plumbers and electricians have been working diligently to update all the wiring and plumbing and bring it into the 21st century. We’ve also started fixing the siding of the house, which has weathered many storms and provided a wonderful shelter for the families who inhabited this home. What do you think of the new color? We think it suits the house wonderfully. Check back for more renovation updates soon. Make sure to follow us on Instagram as well for more update pictures.
